London: Getting There

I just have to say I’m already spoiled.  I’ve heard good things about Virgin Atlantic and it turns out they’re true.  Sure they still have first class and everyone behind that red curtain is probably getting personal massages and manicures.  But for someone flying in lowly economy I’m still feeling pretty special.

Like I said….spoiled.  For someone who’s a bit of a nervous flyer I kind of need this.

11 hours and one uncomfortably invasive customs check later…. I arrived.  Exhausted and barely able to remember where I’d tucked my oyster card and after a few fumbles here and there (they don’t sell Tylenol here) I finally made it to my host’s flat.

I’m totally jetlag but still excited to be back.  More updates to come.
